I also bought a set of books online and took time to read the book "living method.
I read Cao Xiuyun's translation of 2015 . Mr. kazuo inamori prefaced the Chinese translation of this book on the 21st anniversary of the publication of 10#, emphasizing that this book is the author's outlook on life. the most basic ethics and morality of being a human being are also applicable to enterprise management. the translator's preface even recommended it as a life textbook, introduce the core of Inamori's philosophy -"Pursue the right rules of life " is the reason for success. These coincide with the simple and simple statement of "enterprise management as long as it is done as one's own family affair " , which Jiang always said many times, and I agree with them very much.
I have also come into contact with all kinds of management knowledge. I have been trained by teachers from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and have been engaged in management work for many years. I feel the diversity of management and always think that different enterprises need different management and there is no universal enterprise management method. There are many translations of management in the West. The Fifth Discipline impressed me deeply. Professor Zeng Shiqiang from Taiwan University in the East also had contacts with the Introduction to the Book of changes and the Middle Way Management, but these are far from his own management practice. This time, after reading the Living Law carefully, the author talked about enterprise management from the perspective of being a human being, which narrowed the distance between me and the author and aroused my resonance, it is worth recommending to you, combined with their own experience to talk about my reading.
At first reading, this book is indeed more like a textbook on outlook on life. The author began to ask questions from the meaning of life, from how to be a human being, "to be an upright, non-greedy person who cannot only care about himself " , these simple norms are used as pointers for enterprise management, and introduce the process of establishing and developing an enterprise, "extremely serious work " tells us to keep improving our management work - fine management; "Listen to the Voice of Gods at Work Site " Tell us the importance of on-site management - Management on site. The author told a little story here. When firing ceramic products in the experimental furnace, the edges were often warped. When I saw on the spot, I couldn't wait to reach in and hold it down. When the author was young, he was busy with his work. Sometimes he would stand in the corridor and talk with his subordinates. In that case, the answer often became a problem later. This is also very consistent with our current situation. In the future, we should get rid of such rash behaviors. Only in the office or a certain corner can we concentrate more and improve the management efficiency.
