I also bought a set of books online and took time to read the book "living method.
I read Cao Xiuyun's translation of 2015 . Mr. kazuo inamori prefaced the Chinese translation of this book on the 21st anniversary of the publication of 10#, emphasizing that this book is the author's outlook on life. the most basic ethics and morality of being a human being are also applicable to enterprise management. the translator's preface even recommended it as a life textbook, introduce the core of Inamori's philosophy -"Pursue the right rules of life " is the reason for success. These coincide with the simple and simple statement of "enterprise management as long as it is done as one's own family affair " , which Jiang always said many times, and I agree with them very much.
I have also come into contact with all kinds of management knowledge. I have been trained by teachers from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and have been engaged in management work for many years. I feel the diversity of management and always think that different enterprises need different management and there is no universal enterprise management method. There are many translations of management in the West. The Fifth Discipline impressed me deeply. At first reading, this book is indeed more like a textbook on outlook on life. This is also very consistent with our current situation. In the future, we should get rid of such rash behaviors.
