I read Cao Xiuyun's translation of 2015 . Mr. kazuo inamori prefaced the Chinese translation of this book on the 21st anniversary of the publication of 10#, emphasizing that this book is the author's outlook on life. the most basic ethics and morality of being a human being are also applicable to enterprise management. the translator's preface even recommended it as a life textbook, introduce the core of Inamori's philosophy -"Pursue the right rules of life " is the reason for success. These coincide with the simple and simple statement of "enterprise management as long as it is done as one's own family affair " , which Jiang always said many times, and I agree with them very much.
I have also come into contact with all kinds of management knowledge. I have been trained by teachers from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and have been engaged in management work for many years.
