The inspection of elevators shall first be carried out by a formal elevator professional company, and if the self-inspection passes, it shall be reported to the relevant departments for inspection.
Daye Peak The elevator that needs to be verified this time is the kiln tail industrial elevator newly installed last year. In mid-December, 6#, the maintenance unit was contacted for self-inspection and maintenance, and the main equipment (fall arrester) was removed to a professional organization for testing, and the qualified use certificate was obtained. The inspection items of the special inspection institute include hydraulic system inspection, electrical protection test, safety protection and protection device inspection, performance test, elevator safety operation procedures, and operator training. The verification personnel made a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the data. After the test, the test was started for trial operation, which met the relevant requirements of the elevator safety regulations in Hubei Province. A rectification was found in this inspection, and the maintenance unit promised to arrange it in time to eliminate hidden dangers to ensure the safe and stable operation of the elevator.
