safety month, the safety Committee of the group organized the safety supervisors of various production units to hold a three-year action exchange meeting on safety risk control and on-site management at the peak of Huang ping. Each unit reported the relevant safety work results and experience, and formed an inspection team after the meeting, and successively went to the company's subordinate units to conduct safety hazard investigation and safety risk prevention and control work evaluation and scoring. The safety inspection is also the first time that the safety management leaders of each unit cross-conduct, evaluate and diagnose each other, and also check the employees' mastery of the operating procedures on the production posts, so that the safety work can cover every link, which is conducive to the management team of each unit to have a clearer understanding of the problems of safety work and improve the ability of risk analysis. The safety inspection has a wide scale and a large force, reaching the front-line employees. Each unit has also extensively carried out the "Find out the hidden dangers around you" activity, encouraging employees to actively look for potential safety hazards in combination with daily production operations, and put forward their own rectification plans. For the hidden dangers identified, the responsible person shall be designated to complete the rectification on a regular basis, and do a solid and effective job in the investigation of hidden dangers.

According to the introduction of the person in charge of the group's safety management office, on the whole, this safety month activity has been highly valued by subordinate enterprises. Each unit has carried out safety activities closely related to production business according to its own industry characteristics, and independently carried out various forms of activities such as hidden danger investigation, safety knowledge competition, knowledge lecture, emergency plan drill, safety essay solicitation, publicity and education, etc, the activity has achieved remarkable results. The passing rate of random inspection is high, which improves the overall safety awareness and emergency response ability of employees to a certain extent. The results of cross-enterprise cross-safety inspection show that phased progress has been made in on-site governance, especially in cement enterprises, the phenomenon of "running, emitting, dripping and leaking" has been greatly reduced, and the visual elements such as site, packaging and logo have taken on a new look. However, at the same time, it is also found that the safety management system of some units has not been fully complied with and implemented. Risk analysis of temporary operations and unconventional operations is superficial, with insufficient integrity, comprehensiveness and professionalism. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.
