As the saying goes, practice makes perfect. But I don't know much about the work of the publicist. At the beginning of the new year, I joined the team of writing and submitting articles. Compared with the previous two years, now I will be more active to find meaningful news about cable companies, or write some interesting things and insights in my life. Another part of the propagandist's work is corporate publicity, such as cultural construction, visual management, safety warnings, etc. It is often necessary to purchase some advertising slogans and billboards. I have never been in contact with similar work before. At first, I always sought the help of advertising companies and asked them to give suitable design plans and renderings. Then I negotiated with them according to the requirements of the leaders to finalize various details.
With the passage of time, I have accumulated experience and gradually have my own routine of purchasing advertising articles and my thoughts on design drawings. Instead of handing over the advertising design to the advertising company to complete, I have conceived the plan or effect diagram in advance, and then told them my requirements and details to let them design around my thoughts. In other words, I went from being passive at the beginning to being active now. Many times when negotiating with advertising companies on how to design promotional items, they communicated for several days before deciding on the production content. I deeply feel that the seemingly simple and non-technical purchase work still needs to be completed with effort and energy. It is by no means a few words to negotiate the content.
I was most impressed by the workshop publicity box. At that time, the advertising company customized "to do well for the first time, every time, do better today than yesterday " red Chevrolet slogan. When pasting the wall, the installation master asked me how to paste it. At first, I thought he was being polite to me a little, so I had to ask him with a little doubt: "How do you think it looks good? " Unexpectedly, he immediately laughed and said to me that he didn't know how to post it, and that the advertising company didn't explain it either. So I thought to myself, I'll do it myself this time. I want to paste these words beautifully and with a sense of hierarchy. After meditating for a while, it was decided to adopt the form of stickers with three lines and no alignment between the top and bottom. This is the first time that I have completed it according to my own ideas without the advance design of an advertising company. It makes me feel extremely excited and happy. Whenever I pass by office buildings, workshops and canteens, I am very happy, excited and satisfied to see those posted publicity materials, because behind their production, there is the shadow of my efforts and efforts.
The new job in the third year has prompted me to continue to move forward, accelerate my growth, broaden my knowledge, and let me see a different self. Whenever I am at a loss and have no clue, leaders and colleagues will give me a lot of advice, encouragement and help, which makes me feel very warm in my heart. At the same time, I have learned a lot of knowledge and experience from them. Thank you very much for your help and encouragement to me all the time!
During the three years in the cable company, I can always feel a lot of warmth and touch in this big family, and I also enjoy working here every day. I can see that the atmosphere between employees is very harmonious. Everyone will help and care for each other without any estrangement. When the workshop production task is busy, the idle staff will take the initiative to help the busy post; In order to complete the order on time, the workshop staff will obey the arrangement and work overtime together to deliver the goods without complaint.
