In order to improve the cooling effect, Daye Peak also adds a soaking cylinder at the lower part of the cylinder, so that the lower part of the cooling cylinder is soaked in water at a lower temperature to achieve sufficient heat exchange. When the cooler is put into use, the temperature of the cement out of the mill can be reduced by about 15 ℃, and the temperature of the cement in the warehouse will be well controlled, effectively solving the problem of high temperature of the cement out of the factory in summer, and the performance and stability of the cement will be further improved. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
