Doing Financial Work Well with "Four Hearts"

For our financial work itself, we need to be careful and rigorous, and we need to comply with the financial system, accounting system and relevant national laws and regulations. I think that only by putting the concept of "careful, patient, respectful and enthusiastic " throughout the work can we provide a good financial environment for the rapid and efficient development of our enterprise.

Carefulness is the cornerstone of financial work. The accounting data that accountants have to deal with every day is quite complicated and trivial. Every data and voucher in financial work needs to be taken seriously, because a decimal point error may bring many unnecessary troubles and even very serious consequences.

Patience is the soul of financial work. Financial personnel are faced with the ten numbers and repeated permutations and combinations of 0 to 9 every day. As long as one number is incorrect and a report does not match the check relationship, it will take a long time to find out. Therefore, financial work requires patience, patience to deal with the problems that arise, calm down, slowly find and check repeatedly.

Respect is the guarantee of financial work. We must be in awe of our work, grateful to our colleagues, and dedicated to our work. You can't let the job adapt to you, but you should adapt to the job. Only with a sense of awe and gratitude for work, turning dislike into something you like or are willing to do, to temper your character, can you be worthy of your work and your conscience.

Enthusiasm is the driving force of financial work. Year after year, day after day, dealing with numbers, it is inevitable that there will be some work fatigue. Therefore, when we work, we must regard this work as an interesting thing or as our own responsibility. We must love this job and enjoy this job. Only in this way can we do our job better.
