We interned in the manufacturing department

In February this year, as a salesman of Huang Ping Jianfeng, I had the honor to study in the manufacturing department for a month. This month, I learned a lot of things that I didn't have contact with before. I knew nothing about cement before, and now I have a comprehensive understanding of cement technology and equipment maintenance, which has laid a good foundation for the development of marketing work.

This month, I mainly carried out rotation practice in various workshops. According to the arrangement, I have experienced cement mill system, new dry rotary kiln system and raw material system. As a member of the enterprise, we should first feel the corporate culture, familiar with the work process, adapt to the working atmosphere, followed by learning new knowledge, summing up work experience, and laying a good technical foundation.

Most raw materials for cement production must pass through crushers and roller presses to achieve pre-homogenization (such as limestone, clay, iron ore and coal ash, etc.). Pre-homogenization technology pays attention to the storage and retrieval of raw materials, using scientific stacking and retrieval technology, so that the initial homogenization of raw materials. After I have a preliminary understanding of the raw material production process, the main time is spent in learning equipment maintenance with the monitor. During the overhaul, the colleagues involved in the overhaul were covered with ash or oil stains, but they still stuck to their posts, which moved me deeply. I am well aware of the importance of combining theory with practice. In my future work, I should integrate theory with practice. I should not only learn from books but also continue to consult my colleagues.

When practicing in the rotary kiln system, I often heard such a sentence at the kiln head: firing is the focus of the company, and the kiln head is the focus of firing. This is true. The quality of cement and the size of output depend to a certain extent on the operational skills of front-line colleagues. Usually in marketing, we need to explain the characteristics of cement to customers. Therefore, I often go to the scene to understand the specific production process of cement, and when I don't understand it, I modestly ask the responsible leader or the class leader for advice. Working with colleagues in the workshop, especially the night shift, although it is very hard, but looking at the results of everyone's efforts, I still feel very full.

I like Stalin's words very much: the most precious thing in life is life, what life needs most is study, the most pleasant thing in life is work, and the most important thing in life is friendship. The truly outstanding companies of the future will be organizations that manage to engage people at all levels and have the ability to learn continuously. It is never too old to learn, and the ocean of knowledge is vast. Only by continuous learning and enriching ourselves can we be based on a highly competitive society, make common progress with Jianfeng Group, and meet every challenge.

The sales department I work for not only needs to sell cement, but also is a representative of an enterprise. A successful sales is not an accidental story, it is the result of the learning plan and the application of a salesperson's knowledge and skills. In order to enrich the cement production experience, better sales,

3 6 , I entered the Huang Ping peak manufacturing department to learn the process of production. The purpose of this production practice is to understand the production process, production equipment and production organization structure of the factory. Through production practice, master the specific production process of cement materials, master the formation process of cement clinker, master the working principle and function of various production equipment, cultivate the ability of independent thinking and independent work, supplement knowledge for future sales work, and remain invincible in the same industry sales.

Through this internship, I got professional production labor training, with production practice knowledge, enhance the sales of production knowledge, more fully understand all the processes of cement clinker production, understand the various production measures and rules and regulations of the enterprise, and further cultivate the awareness of safe production. At the same time, it is better integrated into the big family of the peak, laying a more solid foundation for its own development.

6 to 30 , I learned the production process and process of cement in the powder system, preheating system and calcination system of the manufacturing department, and learned about the functions and differences of relevant equipment.

During the study period, the personnel of the relevant departments of the manufacturing department conducted business-related production labor training for our sales staff, reserved production practice knowledge, enhanced the labor concept of our sales staff, and cultivated production practice skills. In the production labor, production technology education and query reading on-site data, we link theory with practice, in-depth understanding of cement production process, technical indicators, production equipment and technical operation, product quality and other related production management and technical level. At the same time, through on-site visits and studies, as well as on-site team explanations, we learned about the factory's production organization system, various production measures and rules and regulations of the factory.

After nearly a month of production study, I have a deeper understanding of the knowledge of cement production, and a better understanding of the cement production process, production equipment and production organization. I put this knowledge and the production theory knowledge learned during the sales period, familiar with the specific production process of cement materials, master the formation process of cement raw material, the working principle and function of various production equipment, and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up business development.

This month's study has given me an understanding of the cement process and a deep understanding of the hard work of my colleagues in the production department. With the hard work of front-line colleagues in the workshop and the linkage with other departments, the products can be promoted and our enterprise can flourish. Due to the impact of the new crown epidemic, Hubei cement market started late, Wuhan market is the hardest hit area, the current project construction is still not fully started, the volume pressure is greater. For this reason, daye peak departments cooperate closely, increase market development efforts, develop new mixing stations, focus on increasing the bulk share of Xianning, Huanggang and Wuhan markets, seize the opportunity of fine weather, and achieve the goal of rapid output. Internally, on the basis of equipment technical renovation and production capacity improvement, the delivery is effectively guaranteed, and the daily delivery capacity can basically be maintained at 10,000 tons. In May, Daye Peak sold more than 300000 tons of cement, an increase of 20% over the same period last year, with an average daily sales volume of more than 9900 tons, the highest in the current period since Daye Peak was put into production.

June 2020 is the 19th national "safe production month", the theme of the activity is "eliminating hidden dangers of accidents and building a strong line of defense". A few days ago, the group company issued a notice to arrange the activities related to the organization of "safe production month" and put forward requirements. According to the group's "safe production month" activity plan, different key thematic activities will be held in the four weeks of June. The first week is the "Publicity and Safety Education Week", which focuses on the use of WeChat groups, electronic screens, publicity boards, banners, slogans and other forms for safety publicity, and organizes the study of national safety regulations, company safety system specifications and accident-free factory creation standards, Organize to watch safety warning education films, learn accident cases, etc., and improve employees' safety awareness by creating a safety atmosphere and organizing learning activities. The focus of the activities in the second week is "looking for potential sources of danger around you". Each unit takes departments and teams as units to investigate and analyze the potential risk factors in the process of daily production, maintenance and operation, find out the hazard sources that have not been included in the scope of risk point control, and report to the safety management department of the unit to form a risk assessment report, put forward solutions or suggestions, and supervise the implementation of rectification and timely eliminate potential safety hazards. The third week is the "on-site safety innovation achievements exhibition week", which focuses on the achievements of each unit in on-site safety management and on-site safety facilities in the past year, which are displayed in the form of pictures and texts through beautiful articles and wechat, so as to learn from each other and promote common progress. The fourth week is the "safety training and drill week", and the group company organizes the standardization of safety production and the elimination of hidden dangers.
