In February this year, as a salesman of Huang Ping Jianfeng, I had the honor to study in the manufacturing department for a month. This month, I learned a lot of things that I didn't have contact with before. I knew nothing about cement before, and now I have a comprehensive understanding of cement technology and equipment maintenance, which has laid a good foundation for the development of marketing work.
This month, I mainly carried out rotation practice in various workshops. According to the arrangement, I have experienced cement mill system, new dry rotary kiln system and raw material system. As a member of the enterprise, we should first feel the corporate culture, familiar with the work process, adapt to the working atmosphere, followed by learning new knowledge, summing up work experience, and laying a good technical foundation.Most raw materials for cement production must pass through crushers and roller presses to achieve pre-homogenization (such as limestone, clay, iron ore and coal ash, etc.). Pre-homogenization technology pays attention to the storage and retrieval of raw materials, using scientific stacking and retrieval technology, so that the initial homogenization of raw materials. After I have a preliminary understanding of the raw material production process, the main time is spent in learning equipment maintenance with the monitor. During the overhaul, the colleagues involved in the overhaul were covered with ash or oil stains, but they still stuck to their posts, which moved me deeply. I am well aware of the importance of combining theory with practice. In my future work, I should integrate theory with practice. I should not only learn from books but also continue to consult my colleagues.
When practicing in the rotary kiln system, I often heard such a sentence at the kiln head: firing is the focus of the company, and the kiln head is the focus of firing. This is true. The quality of cement and the size of output depend to a certain extent on the operational skills of front-line colleagues. Usually in marketing, we need to explain the characteristics of cement to customers. Therefore, I often go to the scene to understand the specific production process of cement, and when I don't understand it, I modestly ask the responsible leader or the class leader for advice. Working with colleagues in the workshop, especially the night shift, although it is very hard, but looking at the results of everyone's efforts, I still feel very full.

The purpose of this production practice is to understand the production process, production equipment and production organization structure of the factory. Through this internship, I got professional production labor training, with production practice knowledge, enhance the sales of production knowledge, more fully understand all the processes of cement clinker production, understand the various production measures and rules and regulations of the enterprise, and further cultivate the awareness of safe production. During the study period, the personnel of the relevant departments of the manufacturing department conducted business-related production labor training for our sales staff, reserved production practice knowledge, enhanced the labor concept of our sales staff, and cultivated production practice skills. In the production labor, production technology education and query reading on-site data, we link theory with practice, in-depth understanding of cement production process, technical indicators, production equipment and technical operation, product quality and other related production management and technical level. At the same time, through on-site visits and studies, as well as on-site team explanations, we learned about the factory's production organization system, various production measures and rules and regulations of the factory.After nearly a month of production study, I have a deeper understanding of the knowledge of cement production, and a better understanding of the cement production process, production equipment and production organization. I put this knowledge and the production theory knowledge learned during the sales period, familiar with the specific production process of cement materials, master the formation process of cement raw material, the working principle and function of various production equipment, and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up business development.
