In February this year, as a salesman of Huang Ping Jianfeng, I had the honor to study in the manufacturing department for a month. This month, I learned a lot of things that I didn't have contact with before. I knew nothing about cement before, and now I have a comprehensive understanding of cement technology and equipment maintenance, which has laid a good foundation for the development of marketing work.
This month, I mainly carried out rotation practice in various workshops. According to the arrangement, I have experienced cement mill system, new dry rotary kiln system and raw material system. As a member of the enterprise, we should first feel the corporate culture, familiar with the work process, adapt to the working atmosphere, followed by learning new knowledge, summing up work experience, and laying a good technical foundation.Most raw materials for cement production must pass through crushers and roller presses to achieve pre-homogenization (such as limestone, clay, iron ore and coal ash, etc.). Pre-homogenization technology pays attention to the storage and retrieval of raw materials, using scientific stacking and retrieval technology, so that the initial homogenization of raw materials. After I have a preliminary understanding of the raw material production process, the main time is spent in learning equipment maintenance with the monitor. During the overhaul, the colleagues involved in the overhaul were covered with ash or oil stains, but they still stuck to their posts, which moved me deeply. I am well aware of the importance of combining theory with practice. In my future work, I should integrate theory with practice. I should not only learn from books but also continue to consult my colleagues.
When practicing in the rotary kiln system, I often heard such a sentence at the kiln head: firing is the focus of the company, and the kiln head is the focus of firing. This is true. The quality of cement and the size of output depend to a certain extent on the operational skills of front-line colleagues. Usually in marketing, we need to explain the characteristics of cement to customers. Therefore, I often go to the scene to understand the specific production process of cement, and when I don't understand it, I modestly ask the responsible leader or the class leader for advice. Working with colleagues in the workshop, especially the night shift, although it is very hard, but looking at the results of everyone's efforts, I still feel very full.

The sales department I work for not only needs to sell cement, but also is a representative of an enterprise. A successful sales is not an accidental story, it is the result of the learning plan and the application of a salesperson's knowledge and skills. The purpose of this production practice is to understand the production process, production equipment and production organization structure of the factory. Through production practice, master the specific production process of cement materials, master the formation process of cement clinker, master the working principle and function of various production equipment, cultivate the ability of independent thinking and independent work, supplement knowledge for future sales work, and remain invincible in the same industry sales.
Through this internship, I got professional production labor training, with production practice knowledge, enhance the sales of production knowledge, more fully understand all the processes of cement clinker production, understand the various production measures and rules and regulations of the enterprise, and further cultivate the awareness of safe production. During the study period, the personnel of the relevant departments of the manufacturing department conducted business-related production labor training for our sales staff, reserved production practice knowledge, enhanced the labor concept of our sales staff, and cultivated production practice skills. In the production labor, production technology education and query reading on-site data, we link theory with practice, in-depth understanding of cement production process, technical indicators, production equipment and technical operation, product quality and other related production management and technical level. At the same time, through on-site visits and studies, as well as on-site team explanations, we learned about the factory's production organization system, various production measures and rules and regulations of the factory.After nearly a month of production study, I have a deeper understanding of the knowledge of cement production, and a better understanding of the cement production process, production equipment and production organization. I put this knowledge and the production theory knowledge learned during the sales period, familiar with the specific production process of cement materials, master the formation process of cement raw material, the working principle and function of various production equipment, and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up business development.

After preparing the handout materials and question bank for the previous stage of vocational skill grade identification training, daye peak cement company conducted the vocational skill grade identification training for the machine repair team of the manufacturing department on August 10. On August 12 and 18, the pharmaceutical company also organized two phases of vocational skill level identification training for pharmaceutical preparation workers. According to the national skill level standard, the group company is divided into four grades: grade 5/junior worker, grade 4/intermediate worker, grade 3/senior worker and grade 2/technician. According to the analysis of employee registration, since there is only one type of job for pharmaceutical preparation workers, and cement production workers include cement central controller, cement quality inspector, cement clinker calciner, cement manufacturer, cement production inspection worker and other types of jobs, the number of applicants is less than that of cement production workers. Most of the employees who signed up were identified as participating in the four levels of vocational skills. According to preliminary statistics, there are now 155 employees who have signed up for their professional skill level, including 47 pharmaceutical preparation workers and 108 cement production workers. The human resources department of the group company is stepping up efforts to organize personnel to examine the qualifications of the employees whose registration grades are identified, and then enter the Zhejiang professional ability integration platform for formal registration after passing the examination. According to the national vocational skill standards and other content, each unit carries out targeted training for employees who participate in the independent identification of vocational skill levels. The training is conducted through on-site teaching, online teaching, and learning platform question bank exercises. After the training, the group company will organize the employees who participate in the grade identification to carry out examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will complete the grade identification and issue the skill grade certificate. It is understood that in order to ensure the quality of vocational skill level identification, after the company was approved to independently identify the vocational skill level, the human resources department of the group organized all units to compile the question bank for various types of work in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and with reference to the national vocational skill standards and training syllabus and other materials. after classification, unification and standardization, verification and proofreading, the preparation of the question bank has been basically completed. After being submitted to the superior unit for examination and approval, the company will import the question bank on the enterprise university platform to facilitate employees to prepare for the examination. The question bank for the independent identification of vocational skills level will also be extracted from the question banks of various industries, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, safety and environmental protection knowledge, laws and regulations knowledge, professional work practice and other national vocational skills standards.
