Reconstruction of Bag Dust Collector at the End of Yunnan Spike Kiln

News from our newspaper 6# February 2 , the kiln system of Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company entered the rainy season maintenance. One of the biggest items of this maintenance is the renovation of large cloth bags at the end of the kiln.

The clean room of the large cloth bag dust collector at the end of the original kiln in Yunnan Jianfeng is seriously corroded and needs to be replaced urgently. Although Yunnan Province has not yet implemented the ultra-low emission requirement, it has started the pilot work in the whole province. At the same time, the new type of high-box clean room is also helpful to reduce resistance and energy consumption. Therefore, Yunnan Peak has invested more than 8,800 million yuan to carry out this technological transformation on the large cloth bag at the end of the kiln to realize many projects such as equipment renewal, ultra-low dust emission, resistance reduction and energy saving.

The maintenance plan

20 will be completed in 14 days. The East China Environmental Protection Construction Team will be responsible for the construction. The contents include the removal of the old clean room and ash cleaning system, wall panel raising, installation of the new clean room and installation, restoration and commissioning of filter bags. The project is tight in time and heavy in task, which coincides with the rainy season, adding uncertainties to the already tight construction time. In order to ensure the completion of this overhaul on schedule and with good quality, all relevant departments of Yunnan Jianfeng actively cooperate to assist in the removal of bag cages and filter bags, the arrangement of the site, and the timely delivery of dismantled waste parts, so as to speed up the construction progress. Up to now, with the active coordination and efforts of various departments, the project progress has been basically implemented as planned, and it is expected to be completed on schedule without special weather conditions. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022.
