Daye Peak has five truck scales to be verified this time. The verification items include general technical requirements inspection, zero point inspection, weighing test, skin removal weighing test, repeatability verification, off-load verification, identification valve verification and other seven aspects. The verification personnel have made a comprehensive comparison and inspection of various data, and the error rate is within the normal range, reaching the standard of qualified use. The verification personnel also put forward rectification and suggestions for the defects in this inspection, requiring manufacturers and users to do daily maintenance and maintenance to ensure the accuracy of the measurement equipment.
