At the beginning, I also had the idea of giving up. I often cried in the quilt because of the sore body after training, but I always encouraged myself to get better in everything. I kept cheering myself up and advised myself not to give up, because I have always been a persistent and aggressive person, and I don't want to give up every decision I make lightly.

Summer vacation is the hottest time of the year, and there is no air conditioner in the stadium, and electric fans cannot be turned on, because if there is wind in the stadium, it will change the flight route of badminton, making it difficult for us to correctly analyze and judge its drop point, which will seriously affect the normal playing training. After half a day of training, everyone's clothes and trousers were soaked to the skin, and the feeling of sticking to the body was very uncomfortable.
