The plug-in workers were changed from three people per shift to two people per shift, and one person was responsible for the plug-in work of one packaging machine. The loader was changed from six people per shift to four people per shift, and the extracted four people were arranged to raw materials, kiln area and cement area respectively, and the sanitary contract system was implemented. On the basis of the completion of basic sanitation, these personnel will be arranged by the department to carry out replacement loading work at noon when the temperature is high or the vehicles are concentrated, so as to avoid the safety risk of fatigue caused by long-term continuous loading of existing loading workers and ensure that the delivery speed of bagged cement on site will not be affected.
