The main pipeline is introduced by 1 inch galvanized pipe, and then entered into each in-charge pipeline by 4 sub-galvanized pipe. Due to the long service life, the internal and external parts of some pipelines are seriously rusted and dirty, and the gas supply of the pipelines is not smooth, resulting in the decline of the operation reliability of some equipment. In order to ensure the gas supply at the top of the warehouse and the normal operation of the equipment, after many analyses and discussions by relevant technicians, Daye Peak has re-arranged the gas supply pipeline at the top of the warehouse. At the same time, the diameter of the main air pipe and each branch bronchial pipe is increased. The main compressed air pipe is laid by 100mm steel pipe, and each branch bronchial pipe 1.5 inch galvanized pipe. This standardized transformation not only completely solves the problem of insufficient gas supply at the top of the warehouse and ensures the normal and effective operation of the equipment, but also solves the problem of messy layout in the process of laying pipelines at the top of the warehouse for many years.
