The qualified rate of limestone CaO has increased from 60% before the technical renovation to 79.66 at present, and the quality of limestone in the mine has been steadily improved. On the other hand, the precise control of limestone CaO has been realized, not only increases the amount of low-grade Td3 material in the mine, which is conducive to the long-term mining of the mine, but also the raw material ingredients can greatly increase the amount of limestone used and reduce the material cost of raw material. The amount of limestone in raw materials has increased from 92% before technological transformation to 93.5 at present. The cost of raw materials can be reduced by 0.42 yuan according to the actual year-on-year price. In addition, after the completion of this technological transformation, the labor intensity of employees can be reduced while the number of sampling personnel can be reduced, and the post setting can be further optimized.
