For this reason, on the basis of the cement production workers and pharmaceutical preparation workers approved last year, the group company applied for new chemical inspectors and organic synthesis workers this year, which have passed the comprehensive evaluation of the municipal human resources and social security bureau and Jinhua vocational skills management service center, it is agreed that the professional skill level of the group company shall independently identify the occupations as chemical inspector, cement production worker (including cement manufacturer, cement quality inspector, cement production inspector, cement production controller, cement raw material preparation worker, cement clinker calcining worker), pharmaceutical preparation worker and organic synthesis worker.
Company obtained the pilot qualification of independent recognition of vocational skill level in 2021 5# October. In order to do a good job in the pilot work of vocational skill level identification, the company has set up a leading group and working group for vocational skill level identification, hired experts and appraisers, and compiled teaching materials, lecture notes, question bank, scoring standards, etc. for cement manufacturers and pharmaceutical preparation workers.
