A few days ago, after the review and approval of the Jinhua Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and reported to the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department for review and filing, Jianfeng Group's independent vocational skills certification level was based on last year. Two occupations (types of work) were added as chemical inspectors and organic synthesis workers.

chemical inspectors are personnel who use instruments, equipment and appliances to inspect, detect, test and analyze the chemical properties and compositions of finished products, semi-finished products, raw materials, fuels, materials and other samples. Organic syntheses are personnel who use relevant raw materials and chemical production equipment to synthesize organic chemicals according to specified operating procedures. Many positions in the product development department and quality department of pharmaceutical companies are closely related to these two vocational skill levels, and there are many demands for the identification of employees' vocational skill levels. For this reason, on the basis of the cement production workers and pharmaceutical preparation workers approved last year, the group company applied for new chemical inspectors and organic synthesis workers this year, which have passed the comprehensive evaluation of the municipal human resources and social security bureau and Jinhua vocational skills management service center, it is agreed that the professional skill level of the group company shall independently identify the occupations as chemical inspector, cement production worker (including cement manufacturer, cement quality inspector, cement production inspector, cement production controller, cement raw material preparation worker, cement clinker calcining worker), pharmaceutical preparation worker and organic synthesis worker.

Company obtained the pilot qualification of independent recognition of vocational skill level in 2021 5# October. In order to do a good job in the pilot work of vocational skill level identification, the company has set up a leading group and working group for vocational skill level identification, hired experts and appraisers, and compiled teaching materials, lecture notes, question bank, scoring standards, etc. for cement manufacturers and pharmaceutical preparation workers. More than 180 peak employees signed up for the first batch of accreditation, and finally 78 employees obtained the first batch of vocational skill level certificates independently accredited by the company. It is understood that the group company will continue to expand the scope of self-identified vocational skills identification according to the needs of various positions, further enhance the ability of enterprise skilled personnel training, and provide convenience for employees to participate in vocational skill level identification. The second phase of the company's vocational skill level independent identification work will also be carried out in the near future.

This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
