After several months of careful preparation and repeated discussion by the management and technicians, and combined with the data verification and demonstration of Tianjin Design Institute, the technical renovation plan of 4#
roller press was finally approved by the group company. At present, Daye Peak has completed the bidding and contract signing of roller presses (including static powder separators and dynamic powder separators), supporting3 hoists and circulating fans with motors. The order for the main equipment of the system was basically completed at the beginning of 5 , and the excavation of civil engineering is in progress. The bidding work for the installation of high-frequency frequency frequency converters, electrical cabinets, cables and system equipment motors will also be carried out. The system is expected to be debugged in early 11 . After the 4# roller press is put into operation, the production capacity of 2# cement mill will be greatly improved. On the one hand, it will provide more favorable conditions for reducing costs and increasing efficiency and improving equipment operation rate. The enterprise will have more space for avoiding peaks and valleys and more abundant schedule for planned inspection and maintenance. On the other hand, the cement supply guarantee capacity will be further improved, providing more powerful guarantee for coping with complex and changeable market demand.
