As time goes by, I communicate more and more with "Spike News" and like it more and more. Sometimes it is like a notepad, recording the bits and pieces of work and life, experiences and achievements of technological transformation. Sometimes it is like an emotional hotline, expressing personal thoughts and hearts. It is like a humble teacher who silently teaches us how to push ourselves and strive to improve. It is like a sincere friend, quietly sharing our joy, listening to our heartfelt confide.
I remember when I first came into contact with "Peak News", I just looked at the above report, appreciated the talents of others, and felt the achievements and joy of others. Although I really wanted to publish an article of my own at that time, I felt that there was still a gap in my writing level and lack of self-confidence, so I never dared to contribute. This emotion has been tangled, just like facing the object of unrequited love, dare not express the inner thoughts.
Finally one day, I plucked up the courage to cast my first manuscript since the 2008 entry spike. It was during the period of building a house in my hometown. Every time I came home to help after work, I watched my father break his heart day and night to build a house. Looking at his tired face, I suddenly remembered Mr. Zhu Ziqing's "Back" in the textbook of my school days. Suddenly there is a magical power to encourage me, very want to want to squeeze their feelings in the heart to tell, perhaps this is the so-called creative inspiration! To my surprise, the manuscript I submitted was published in the newspaper, and the joy at that time was beyond words.
Later, I combined what I saw and heard at work with my own thoughts and feelings to write and submit articles again and again, to carry forward the positive energy spirit of Daye Peak Enterprise, to encourage employees to be positive and upward, and to encourage employees to carry forward the spirit of dedication. Recently, Jinhua Science and Technology Bureau issued a public notice to identify four enterprises, including Zhejiang Jianfeng Health Technology Co., Ltd., as agricultural science and technology enterprises in Zhejiang Province. According to relevant requirements, agricultural science and technology enterprises in Zhejiang Province must take agricultural products as their main business, and have sound production and operation places, facilities and management systems. Scientific and technological personnel account for more than 15% of the total number of employees of the enterprise, and the annual sales income of the enterprise is more than 5 million yuan (of which the sales income of agricultural science and technology products and technical income account for more than 50% of the total income of the enterprise), presided over the county (city, district) or above science and technology projects, environmental protection to meet the national standards. Since its establishment, Jianfeng Health has attached great importance to the construction of innovation platform and the training of scientific and technological personnel. As of the end of 2016, scientific and technological personnel accounted for 17% of the total number of employees in the enterprise, and 76% of the technical personnel had bachelor's degree or above; the sales revenue of scientific and technological products accounted for about 90%; R & D expenses accounted for 8.9 of the total sales revenue; and undertook 3 scientific and technological projects above counties (cities, districts). After obtaining the honorary title of Jinhua agricultural science and technology enterprise in 2016, peak health applied for the recognition of the provincial agricultural science and technology enterprise. On the basis of the recommendation of the science and technology department of Wucheng District, through the evaluation links such as formal examination, on-the-spot investigation and expert evaluation and defense, Jianfeng Health will finally be awarded the accreditation.
