Jiang Xiaomeng said that cost competitiveness is one of the key elements of enterprise product market competitiveness, but at present, the cost advantage of production factors such as water, electricity, gas (steam), solid waste disposal and sewage discharge in our city is not obvious compared with other cities, which will not only directly affect the competitiveness of our city's enterprise products in the domestic market and even the global market, it is not conducive to attract and retain outstanding enterprises in the city's long-term development. It is hoped that government departments can further increase the price of production factors and resources, especially the allocation of key production factors, strengthen intervention and guidance, and continue to empower the development of enterprises.

"In the course of business operations, it is important to prevent and control not only operational and financial risks, but also compliance risks arising from administrative penalties and criminal accountability." Jiang Xiaomeng analyzed the importance of compliance construction from the perspective of long-term development of enterprises, and suggested that all levels of government functional departments and enterprises in Jinhua should pay attention to the compliance construction of enterprises. On the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of enterprise compliance construction, clarify the significance and necessity of compliance operation, and effectively enhance the enterprise's awareness of compliance operation; on the other hand, it is necessary to establish an enterprise compliance risk early warning system through digital empowerment to help enterprises avoid compliance risks. At the same time, it is also hoped that the competent government departments will introduce an incentive mechanism for enterprise compliance construction, so that the enterprise compliance construction will change from "I want to do it" to "I want to do it", so that enterprises can make fewer or no mistakes, and suffer less or no loss.
