"Peak Newspaper" was founded on the 21st anniversary of 30# and is also one of the earliest enterprise newspapers in the province. The best attitude we can do is to stick to our original intention, stick to the clean and simple sincerity of a writer or cultural person, and the empathy and compassion we should have as employees of an enterprise. Because it is an internal publication of an enterprise, we should first look at this newspaper from the perspective of enterprise managers. Many management intentions need to be publicized and guided from top to bottom, and when to blow what wind needs to be planned and rhythmic. Secondly, standing on the spiritual and cultural needs of employees, the more impetuous the world is, the more we need to calm down to accumulate and settle down, so that we can know how to choose and choose. Of course, we also have to stand in the perspective of the witness and recorder of enterprise development, to do some things that are ignored or even not achieved.

It is not uncommon for enterprises to run newspapers and periodicals, but good enterprise newspapers are rare. When I first met the "peak newspaper", I also envied that large enterprises "monks have more porridge " , with a wide range of news materials and many enthusiastic readers who contributed articles. Nowadays, many enterprise newspapers are declining day by day. Apart from the development and changes of the times, they are not enough to make iron "hard " . Whether the enterprise newspaper is good or not can not be discussed by the standards of commercial newspapers. It is necessary to combine the development needs of enterprises and the spiritual needs of employees, and it is not good to run the enterprise newspaper without these two standards. "Spike newspaper" is obviously the leader of many enterprise newspaper, I also often learn. Its good quality cannot be separated from the rich cultural soil of Jianfeng Group, and cannot be separated from the development and accumulation of Jianfeng Group 60 years. Jianfeng Bao is naturally a "golden business card " of Jianfeng Group's corporate culture. Over the years, I have been deeply impressed by Jianfeng Bao. The essays, cartoons and calligraphy edited by Fu are not shown at all. The book collections compiled by Jianfeng Bao these years are beyond the reach of many enterprise newspapers. I have read the prose anthology of Jianfeng staff, Furong and Furong Qingcui, and the song while walking by Li Ziqiang, the former director of the editorial board; the discovery and record of beauty by many peak employees are blooming in "Furong Garden " . Painting, calligraphy, photography, poetry and prose, the versatile peak employees often make me sigh with emotion. This is the only way to a strong country and the happiness of the people. In this society, we need more peak groups and more people who aim at the peak, so that we can enjoy the infinite scenery above the peak.
