I remember cleaning the limestone homogenization warehouse on November 13, November 12, October 13, because the dust on the blanking baffle of the reclaimer was more than one meter high, the baffle could not rotate normally. Under the leadership of Liu zong of the production department, we 12 took turns to take part in the battle. after nearly 5 hours of hard work, we used shovels, hoes and other tools to dig a "trench " more than one meter deep around the blanking baffle, reducing the load of the baffle and enabling it to operate normally. , the production department implemented a normal shift system, and I was arranged to study in Class C. On the evening of

12 , Huang ping peak planned to put into production. this was my first night shift to study in the production department, and it was also Huang ping's first kiln production after peak year. That night, the company's management team personally commanded the scene. A large group of people stayed up all night and fought in the kiln until 8 on the morning of 13 . During this period, everyone has never stopped the work at hand. In the high temperature and heavy work, everyone is doing their best. During the short rest time, I learned that several colleagues next to me came to work on the morning of 12 . At that time, I felt very admirable. This may be the spirit of the peak people. In fact, the night shift made me quite tired and unaccustomed, but when I learned that they had worked for so long but still stuck to their posts, I immediately cheered up and fought with them until dawn. In an enterprise, every position is equally important, just like the cement production process, which is interlinked. A problem in one link or a certain component may cause the entire production line to stop production, so we see it so It's easy because there are many hardworking workers paying silently. During the month of studying in the production department, I received the help and guidance of many colleagues.
