During that time, Liu Haihua spent the longest time in the cement mill, and he was also the dirtiest in his work clothes. Through half a year's efforts, the economic indicators of the cement grinding system have reached or exceeded the best level in history. 2020 , Liu Haihua took advantage of the opportunity to attend the cement technology exchange meeting in Nanchang and Shandong, consulted a number of top grinding experts in the industry, referred to the successful cases of excellent grinding enterprises, and combined with the actual situation of the company, put forward the technical renovation plan of changing two warehouses to three warehouses for cement grinding, optimizing the V selection blanking pipe, and took advantage of the Spring Festival overhaul opportunity to implement. After the transformation was completed and put into operation, the average hourly output of the two cement mills increased by 20 tons, and the cement temperature of the mill was effectively controlled, and the cement performance was also significantly improved.
In the two years since the new coronary pneumonia epidemic continued to affect, the technical transformation of Daye Peak has not been relaxed, and Liu Haihua has not been free. In 2020 , in addition to the technological transformation of production improvement, the cement mill process also carried out the technological transformation of lithium slag use, which not only eased the procurement pressure, reduced the cost of raw materials, and improved the grindability of cement. 2021 , the technical transformation of slag hopper was completed, and wet slag was used instead of high-priced fly ash to relieve the procurement pressure while ensuring sufficient supply of active mixed materials for cement mills, it also created conditions for the later exploration of new low-cost replacement of raw materials ... Through this series of transformation measures, the economic and technical indicators of the cement mill, such as the hourly output and energy consumption, have been continuously optimized, laying the foundation for the full release of Daye's peak production capacity and the further expansion of the market. Daye Peak 2021 sales increased significantly, cement mill series of technical changes played an important role.

2022 Liu Haihua is still very busy. In the recent Spring Festival overhaul of 2022 , he proposed to replace the cement grinding lining plate with a new type of 5 wave ultra-thin lining plate 3 circulating fan. At present, energy saving and efficiency improvement have been implemented. After picking up the beam in the cement mill for several years, he also mastered a lot of "magic weapon " : using the experimental data of the small mill to adjust the grading of steel balls, using the data of the particle size analyzer to adjust the working conditions of the mill, and minimizing process accidents through curing process parameters and regular process inspection, etc. Of course, there is no end to progress. Liu Haihua has also set himself the next "small target " , that is, the power consumption of tons of cement grinding reaches the level of GB16780-2021 .
