From the aspects of the content of the safety production responsibility system, the improvement and rationality of safety operation procedures, on-site emergency handling, operation risk control, and the education and training of employees, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the safety management document systems of the two enterprises, looked for defects, and put forward rectification opinions. At the production site, the inspection team will ask random questions to the post workers to understand their familiarity with the safety management content of the post. On-site assessment of front-line operators to check whether they operate in accordance with the post operation procedures.

In response to this inspection, Chen Tianci asked the two companies to do a good job in the rectification of related issues in a timely manner, and at the same time to do a good job in the risk assessment of fixed positions twice a year, and to truly understand the safety risks of each position; It is required to involve front-line employees in the temporary operation risk assessment according to the group's requirements, so that they can independently realize the existence of danger and the importance of safety measures. As there are certain commonalities in the work of the two enterprises, Chen Tianci also asked them to establish a safety mutual inspection mechanism, carry out mutual exchange inspection once a month, learn from each other's strengths, supervise each other, and put safety risk assessment and control work in place.
