I read every article carefully for fear of missing a word. In 1992 , the "Peak Newspaper" was officially launched. The rigorous and exquisite layout design and rich and substantial articles attracted me deeply. Through this small newspaper, I learned in time about the major strategic decisions of the enterprise, the major news that took place in the enterprise, the touching deeds of employees in different positions, and the entrepreneurial history of Jianfeng Group. I have a deeper understanding of the peak culture with "as the core of unity and struggle, seeking truth and innovation, determined to be the top, and bravely climbing the peak " .
Not long after I joined the company, I went to work in the cable company being established. After work every day, I dragged my tired body back to the dormitory. A cup of green tea and a "peak newspaper" swept away my exhaustion from work. After reading too much, I always want to write something, but writing articles is not my specialty. After thinking about writing and tearing, it took me a night to write a report on the enterprise meeting and handed it to Jin Huazhong, the editor-in-chief at that time, in fear and trembling. Unexpectedly, two days later, this article became a type in the "Peak Newspaper". Later, I met the editor-in-chief Jin, and he praised me. Spike Cable was the group's first project across the cement industry. At that time, the "Spike News" continuously published the deeds of Jiang Xiaomeng, the first general manager of Spike Cable, who led the employees to start their own businesses. Cable Company was put into production, I stayed in Yunnan as a salesman. It was not easy to get back to gold after a long journey. When each issue of the newspaper came out, I would ask my colleagues to send more copies to the office. Although it is often more than ten days after receiving it, her company can see the information of the group and hear the voice of the group, and her life abroad is no longer lonely. When running exhibitions and customers, I will also bring a copy of "Peak Newspaper", which is convenient for me to read and the best business card of Jianfeng Group. Through the newspaper I sent, the customer got to know more about Jianfeng Group, knew that Jianfeng was a listed company with credibility, strength and standard operation, and was willing to cooperate with us. In 1997 , I was named the group's outstanding marketer of the year. The reporter of "Peak News" also interviewed me. I was extremely proud to see that I became the protagonist of the report.
On the 16th of the first month of 1998 , Li Ziqiang, the second general manager of the cable company, went on a business trip for the first time after taking office. I accompanied him to Anhui to visit customers and drove through Tonglu Yueqiuguan to Xuancheng, Anhui on a moonlit night. The lights on the ridge are sparse, so I got off Jiangdong by light car. This poem was later published in the "Peak News". Now that I read this poem again, I can't help but recall the bits and pieces of working with Mr. Li, and the past of the cable company colleagues who did not fear hardships to open up the market.
In order to continuously improve my own quality and keep up with the pace of the group's great development, I signed up for further study after work. Amateur self-study will always encounter many difficulties, and it is inevitable that there will be the idea of giving up. At this time, the deeds of advanced figures publicized in the "Peak News" can always give me motivation and spur me to stick to it. After hard work, I obtained a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in business administration, and also got the title of senior economist, which is an explanation to myself.
Now the peak international trade company where I work has played a very important role in corporate publicity and image building. We have improved our service capacity to promote business growth, becoming a pilot enterprise of non-car carrier logistics in Zhejiang Province, a designated delivery warehouse of Dalian Futures Exchange and a designated delivery warehouse of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, optimizing the organizational structure and promoting on-site governance. The scale of Jianfeng International Trade has grown from small to large, and the profits have grown from small to large. Every step taken has been recorded and spread by the "Jianfeng News.
Over the years of working at the peak, the peak newspaper has accompanied me through countless wonderful nights. After reading each issue of the newspaper, I will fold it neatly and arrange it so that I can find it in time when I need it. Compared with the earlier, the printing of the "peak newspaper" is more exquisite, and there are many innovations in the content arrangement and layout design of the article. 30 years of hard work, 30 years of unremitting efforts, the seedling planted 30 years ago has now become an indispensable part of the promotion of corporate culture and an important window for external publicity. She is the recorder of the history of the peak, the witness of the development of the peak group, the display place of the cultural stage of the majority of employees, and the disseminator of positive energy. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance
On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.

In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. It is understood that among the industrial and commercial enterprises in daye city, there were 4 enterprises that applied for and passed the examination in 2015, but only daye peak passed the examination before December.
