In order to improve the writing and photography skills of correspondents, the editorial department organizes internal training for correspondents every year, invites influential experts to give lectures, and organizes outstanding correspondents to participate in the training of Zhejiang Enterprise Newspaper Association. I was fortunate to have participated in a training session with Ye Meifang from Daye, so I became very good friends with her. These trainings not only improved my writing level, but also made a deep impression on the importance of Zhejiang businessmen in the construction of corporate culture. As a spiritual force, culture can be transformed into material force in the process of people's understanding and transformation of the world, which has a profound impact on social development. Advanced and healthy culture has a great role in promoting the development of society. Corporate culture determines the development and future of an enterprise from the inherent nature.
