In order to improve the writing and photography skills of correspondents, the editorial department organizes internal training for correspondents every year, invites influential experts to give lectures, and organizes outstanding correspondents to participate in the training of Zhejiang Enterprise Newspaper Association. I was fortunate to have participated in a training session with Ye Meifang from Daye, so I became very good friends with her. These trainings not only improved my writing level, but also made a deep impression on the importance of Zhejiang businessmen in the construction of corporate culture.
