This power rationing is mainly due to the maintenance of Yunnan Jianfeng110kv external upper-level substation, and the temporary change of double-line power supply to single-line power supply, and this power rationing will continue until the first ten days of 4 . The power supply department requires that the external power load of Yunnan peak should not exceed 3000 kW during peak power consumption. However, the cement production line is very dependent on electric power. The load of the kiln system alone is as high as 12000 kW. Excluding the power generation load of 5000 kW from waste heat power generation, the external load needs a minimum of 7000 kW to ensure the continuous operation of the kiln system. In response to this situation, Yunnan Jianfeng set up a special command team. On the one hand, it designated special personnel to communicate with the power supply department to ensure timely delivery of instructions. On the other hand, the raw meal mill and cement mill system are required to operate at full power during the off-peak period to improve the storage location.
