Yunnan Peak Organization Staggering Production

News from our newspaper In response to the power rationing policy, on April 27 , Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company organized peak-shifting production and reasonably arranged production and operation.

This power rationing is mainly due to the maintenance of Yunnan Jianfeng

110kv external upper-level substation, and the temporary change of double-line power supply to single-line power supply, and this power rationing will continue until the first ten days of 4 . The power supply department requires that the external power load of Yunnan peak should not exceed 3000 kW during peak power consumption. However, the cement production line is very dependent on electric power. The load of the kiln system alone is as high as 12000 kW. Excluding the power generation load of 5000 kW from waste heat power generation, the external load needs a minimum of 7000 kW to ensure the continuous operation of the kiln system. In response to this situation, Yunnan Jianfeng set up a special command team. On the one hand, it designated special personnel to communicate with the power supply department to ensure timely delivery of instructions. On the other hand, the raw meal mill and cement mill system are required to operate at full power during the off-peak period to improve the storage location. Through the overall arrangement of production throughout the plant, the production and operation will be reasonably organized to minimize the impact of power restriction. (Chen Shiye)

Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
