The treatment scheme includes slope reshaping, high-order aggregate spraying greening, platform photovoltaic power generation, water retaining wall, greening maintenance and other projects. The bidding scope is to carry out greening treatment (including vegetation maintenance) for slopes above 65m in the treatment area by means of guest soil spraying. Through the comparison of construction plans of all bidding units, qualification examination and three quotations, Hubei E Southeast Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid.
