Since the kiln system resumed production in early July, yunnan Peak focuses on the groping and adjustment of kiln air matching, communication between kiln head burners and multi-manufacturers to adjust air volume and air pressure, balance of air used in kiln head and kiln tail system, adjustment of air used in raw material roller press system and loading pressure of roller press, adjustment of steel ball gradation of coal pipe mill system and reduction of average ball diameter, groping and groping of coal pipe mill and coal vertical mill system to improve production, etc, and use the newly established and perfect process ledgers of each system to carry out data analysis and comparison of each shift, always pay attention to the impact of system adjustment on the unit consumption, hourly production, coal consumption, etc. of the host, and find the best operation mode. In order to make a big breakthrough in coal consumption, after investigating the usage of many surrounding enterprises, starting from September 3# and September 18 , Yunnan peak purchased phosphorus slag was mixed into the raw material batching system in order to reduce the firing temperature and thus reduce the standard coal consumption per ton of clinker. The
cement mill system has also successively carried out attempts to reduce the loading pressure of the roller press, adjust the air volume of the circulating fan, reduce the loading capacity of the 1 cement mill grinding body and adjust the ball diameter gradation. Some projects have achieved certain results, such as the decrease in the current of the main engine without obvious change in the production of the 1 mill.
In order to confirm the early adjustment effect, 3 March 18 , Yunnan Peak also carried out pre-inventory, from the inventory data or achieved a certain effect, tons of clinker coal mill power consumption has decreased significantly. Fine management in process exploration and adjustment, from the accumulation and analysis of data to the implementation of process discipline, from the host unit consumption of horizontal and vertical comparison and other aspects to improve the energy-saving potential, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
