1992 3# September, based on the previous experience in compiling and printing "Cement Workers", "Publicity Monthly" and "Peak" quarterly, the "Peak" newspaper, which has four editions in eight and two issues per month, came into being. In order to run this newspaper well, the company set up an editorial department with the secretarial department as the team, and introduced a relevant system for the assessment of communication reports. Correspondents from various units and departments also contributed enthusiastically, making this small newspaper grow rapidly. In 1993 , the "Peak News" was expanded to four editions. In 2000 , the "Peak Report" was changed from a semi-monthly report to a ten-day report.
