In the first quarter of this year, the incidence of safety accidents in the company's subsidiaries has increased, and the pressure on safety management has increased. In view of this situation, the group company carried out the evaluation activities of the winning enterprises in safety risk prevention and control, convened the main responsible persons of each enterprise to hold a meeting, and reported the recent production safety accidents. Li Xiaoyin, director of the company's safety management office, explained the "Operation Safety Risk Assessment and Control System". Yu Jianhong, general manager of the group company, and Chen Tianci, chairman of the board of supervisors, attended the meeting and put forward requirements for safety management.

Chen Tianci said at the meeting that safety risk assessment and control is the focus of the company's safety production management in the past two years, and the evaluation activities are aimed at urging all units to establish and improve the risk prevention and control system. The person in charge of safety management of each unit should strengthen the study and implementation of the Operation Safety Risk Assessment and Control System, seriously carry out the work of operation safety risk assessment and control, and focus on the investigation and management of potential safety hazards, strengthen the safety training for employees in production positions, and focus on the publicity and prevention of typical violations, so that everyone can memorize, identify and correct them, so as to achieve less violation, no violation. In his speech at the meeting, Yu Jianhong pointed out that in the new era, the requirements for production safety are higher, the punishment is stricter, and the consequences of safety accidents to enterprises are more serious. The management teams at all levels of the company have always attached great importance to safety management and have been making unremitting efforts to improve the level of safety management. In the future work, the safety management personnel of each enterprise should strive to improve their own quality, deeply understand the process of each production link, be familiar with the way of operation and industry, and identify the source of risk; comprehensively improve the safety management requirements, improve the safety protection of on-site facilities and equipment, and increase safety publicity and training, so that all employees can fully realize the seriousness of safety accidents and the serious consequences that may lead, reach safety accident

Yu Jianhong emphasized that safety management is a technology and a system engineering with strong professionalism. Responsible persons at all levels of safety management should innovate their understanding, gradually improve safety management methods, change from post-punishment to prior control, extend from result-oriented to process-oriented, and pay attention to the control of the whole process. Safety management should run through all aspects of project planning, design, site selection, installation, equipment operation, maintenance, repair, production, storage, sales, etc., and "whether an accident occurs" should not be the only focus of safety assessment, but should pay equal attention to "whether there are potential safety hazards" and "whether there are risk control plans" to truly prevent problems before they occur.
