"Site Management Standard" has carried out a comprehensive standardized and standardized design of the production site, ranging from the planning of people flow and logistics routes, the appearance color of buildings, to the placement of tools and the unification of various signs, all of which make detailed regulations one by one with reference to the experience of advanced enterprises in the same industry. Each enterprise is not only the formulator of standards, but also the executor of standards. The process of formulating standards is also the process of setting benchmarks and finding gaps. Therefore, from the beginning of the development of standards, some enterprises have begun to rectify the shortcomings of on-site management. From4 February 1 , the "on-site governance standard" officially "landed", which will further push the "on-site governance three-year action" into depth.
