News from our newspaper "On-site Governance Standard" was jointly compiled and completed by cement, pharmaceutical, cable, health and international trade companies. After the group company passed the examination, it was issued on 3# April 23 and will be fully implemented from 4# August 1 .

2021 , the company has comprehensively carried out the "three-year action of on-site governance" in production enterprises, aiming to promote the overall progress of safe and civilized production and production technology. The formulation of on-site standards and the determination of work objectives and quality standards are the key to the implementation of the "three-year action for on-site governance" plan. As the company's subsidiaries are located in different industries, the actual conditions, management level and emphasis on on-site governance are also different, resulting in differences in the technical level and safety and environmental conditions of the production site of each unit. For this reason, starting from the second half of 2021 , led by the group company, each unit organized personnel to carry out standard design for production site management. after many times of summary, review and revision, the company finally formed the first "full coverage" standardized document on production site management in the company's history.

"Site Management Standard" has carried out a comprehensive standardized and standardized design of the production site, ranging from the planning of people flow and logistics routes, the appearance color of buildings, to the placement of tools and the unification of various signs, all of which make detailed regulations one by one with reference to the experience of advanced enterprises in the same industry. Each enterprise is not only the formulator of standards, but also the executor of standards. The process of formulating standards is also the process of setting benchmarks and finding gaps. Therefore, from the beginning of the development of standards, some enterprises have begun to rectify the shortcomings of on-site management. From

4 February 1 , the "on-site governance standard" officially "landed", which will further push the "on-site governance three-year action" into depth.

In response to the implementation of the "On-site Governance Standards", the relevant person in charge said that the standards are the minimum requirements to be achieved in the process of pursuing on-site progress, and are also the basic criteria used by the company for on-site inspection and evaluation. Since it is the first time for the company to compile on-site governance standards, it is inevitable that there are areas with poor consideration and unreasonable design. In the process of specific implementation, each enterprise should combine the actual on-site management. Continuously refine, optimize, and rationalize it, and upgrade and revise the content of the standard every year to achieve continuous improvement, circular improvement, and unremitting pursuit of advanced and excellence.
