It turned out that some personnel were still listening to the lecture notes and brushing the questions. They were answering each other's questions or puzzled questions. When they met at work during the day, they would also ask each other questions to help deepen their impression. With such a learning atmosphere, everyone's progress is inevitable.

There are a lot of questions about the principle of equipment and troubleshooting in the level identification of pharmaceutical preparation technicians I participated in. For unfamiliar equipment, my method is to seek understanding. As the saying goes, if you want to remember, you must first understand. The company has created favorable conditions for us. Therefore, I can take "what is " "why " with my mind to follow the training teacher to other workshop sites to check the equipment. the equipment manager patiently explained the structure and working principle of each equipment to us over and over again. This kind of intuitive teaching can make knowledge concrete, visualization, and deepen understanding and memory. It is not so difficult to look back at the problems in books. I think through this vocational skill level certification examination, everyone can truly realize the true meaning of "without paying, there is no harvest " .
