Looking back on the years of working in the municipal pharmaceutical company, my achievements cannot be separated from the training and support of the leaders of the group and the pharmaceutical industry, and cannot be separated from the strong support and cooperation of all colleagues. In recent years, municipal pharmaceutical companies have faced unfavorable factors of national policies and a fiercely competitive market, especially with the full implementation of the two-invoice system for drug sales in public hospitals and the rapid advancement of national and local centralized procurement, drug profit margins have been compressed., The distribution of drugs has been in a state of meager profit. In order to optimize personnel and save sales costs, drug sales channels have also become centralized, and drug distribution has been concentrated on commercial distribution companies covering the whole province. The city's pharmaceutical companies are facing competition from Zhejiang provincial-level commercial enterprises in terms of low prices, concessions, market grabbing and homogenization. As the person in charge of an enterprise, I have the responsibility to work with the team to lead a company with more than 100 employees and a history of 70 to overcome difficulties.

After careful market analysis, since the distribution of two-ticket products cannot compete with the distribution enterprises covered by the whole province, our way out lies in the distribution of non-two-ticket products. The goal is clear. On the one hand, we use the group's financial advantages to ensure the sales of existing products by improving services. On the other hand, we have targeted to expand the sales of non-two-vote products, especially special drugs, narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs and Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces, as well as OTC products. In addition, we have won their support through frequent market operation and repeated communication with relevant government departments, so that the pharmaceutical company continues to be the only municipal enterprise with special drug distribution qualification in Jinhua City, forming an effective industry barrier. At the same time, we have strengthened close contact with special drug suppliers, made every effort to provide good services, and actively cooperated with them in price maintenance, which not only ensured the interests of suppliers but also ensured the reasonable profits of our company. As the distribution profit margin of special drugs is much higher than that of ordinary drugs, the sharp increase in sales effectively makes up for the decline in sales of two-vote products.

While doing a good job in the sales increase of special drugs, we have vigorously expanded the sales of Chinese herbal pieces and improved our business with Tianshili Group. In 2021 , Health Technology Company processed Chinese herbal pieces to 1100 , bringing the sales of Chinese herbal pieces to a new level. In terms of increasing the sales of OTC , we have introduced the general distributors of well-known brands such as Donge Ejiao and Nanjing Tongrentang in Jinhua area, which not only expanded the sales, but also enhanced the company's influence in Jinhua area.

In order to seek the development of the company, the group purchased a plot of land in Jinxing South Street in the urban area to serve as a reserve for the relocation of the Huancheng East Road warehouse, which did not produce benefits. Through proper renovation, we have successfully hired more than 4 million rents since 2018 . 2021 At the beginning of the year, the plot was included in the government purchasing and storage plan of Jinhua Economic Development Zone. In order to obtain more land compensation, we have taken the initiative to connect with government departments such as development zones, natural resources and planning bureaus for many times, and at the same time compare the compensation levels of other depositors horizontally. Through efforts to coordinate and strive for it, we should also thank the general manager of the pharmaceutical industry for his strong support and realize the maximization of land compensation.

As secretary of the general party branch of the municipal pharmaceutical company, I set an example and distinguish between public and private. Insist on demanding yourself with high standards, take the lead in problems and face up to difficulties. All our party members can also play an exemplary role, making party members the backbone of the company. The general party branch of the pharmaceutical company has also won the title of "Advanced Party Organization " for many years. Under the vanguard and exemplary role of all party members, the cohesion of all employees has been greatly improved, which provides a strong guarantee for the sustainable and stable development of pharmaceutical companies.

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. On November 1, daye peak post inspection officially started full operation, starting from the limestone storage yard at the source of the production line to the cement storage. the original 15 posts were merged, and the best experienced mechanics, electricians and post workers were transferred to form a large inspection class, which was mainly responsible for on-site emergency disposal and post routine maintenance to ensure the normal production of the whole production line. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
