In order to optimize personnel and save sales costs, drug sales channels have also become centralized, and drug distribution has been concentrated on commercial distribution companies covering the whole province. The city's pharmaceutical companies are facing competition from Zhejiang provincial-level commercial enterprises in terms of low prices, concessions, market grabbing and homogenization. As the person in charge of an enterprise, I have the responsibility to work with the team to lead a company with more than 100 employees and a history of 70 to overcome difficulties.
After careful market analysis, since the distribution of two-ticket products cannot compete with the distribution enterprises covered by the whole province, our way out lies in the distribution of non-two-ticket products. The goal is clear. On the one hand, we use the group's financial advantages to ensure the sales of existing products by improving services. On the other hand, we have targeted to expand the sales of non-two-vote products, especially special drugs, narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs and Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces, as well as OTC products. In addition, we have won their support through frequent market operation and repeated communication with relevant government departments, so that the pharmaceutical company continues to be the only municipal enterprise with special drug distribution qualification in Jinhua City, forming an effective industry barrier. At the same time, we have strengthened close contact with special drug suppliers, made every effort to provide good services, and actively cooperated with them in price maintenance, which not only ensured the interests of suppliers but also ensured the reasonable profits of our company. As the distribution profit margin of special drugs is much higher than that of ordinary drugs, the sharp increase in sales effectively makes up for the decline in sales of two-vote products.
While doing a good job in the sales increase of special drugs, we have vigorously expanded the sales of Chinese herbal pieces and improved our business with Tianshili Group. In 2021 , Health Technology Company processed Chinese herbal pieces to 1100 , bringing the sales of Chinese herbal pieces to a new level. In terms of increasing the sales of OTC , we have introduced the general distributors of well-known brands such as Donge Ejiao and Nanjing Tongrentang in Jinhua area, which not only expanded the sales, but also enhanced the company's influence in Jinhua area.
In order to seek the development of the company, the group purchased a plot of land in Jinxing South Street in the urban area to serve as a reserve for the relocation of the Huancheng East Road warehouse, which did not produce benefits. Through proper renovation, we have successfully hired more than 4 million rents since 2018 . 2021 At the beginning of the year, the plot was included in the government purchasing and storage plan of Jinhua Economic Development Zone. In order to obtain more land compensation, we have taken the initiative to connect with government departments such as development zones, natural resources and planning bureaus for many times, and at the same time compare the compensation levels of other depositors horizontally. Through efforts to coordinate and strive for it, we should also thank the general manager of the pharmaceutical industry for his strong support and realize the maximization of land compensation.

After the training, the group company will organize the employees who participate in the grade identification to carry out examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will complete the grade identification and issue the skill grade certificate. It is understood that in order to ensure the quality of vocational skill level identification, after the company was approved to independently identify the vocational skill level, the human resources department of the group organized all units to compile the question bank for various types of work in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and with reference to the national vocational skill standards and training syllabus and other materials. after classification, unification and standardization, verification and proofreading, the preparation of the question bank has been basically completed. After being submitted to the superior unit for examination and approval, the company will import the question bank on the enterprise university platform to facilitate employees to prepare for the examination. The question bank for the independent identification of vocational skills level will also be extracted from the question banks of various industries, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, safety and environmental protection knowledge, laws and regulations knowledge, professional work practice and other national vocational skills standards.
