In the process, there was a problem that I couldn't figure out, so I asked him for advice. He explained it to me orally first, but I still didn't understand it. After working in the electrician class for two years, I was assigned to the production workshop to study and research the production equipment in depth, in order to lay a solid foundation for future technical transformation or performance improvement, a year later I was transferred to the engineering department, devoted myself to the work related to engineering equipment automation, and began my personal practice. At first, I wrote my own program and often got into trouble. I would encounter logical impassability and signal output before the conditions were met. These problems often bother me, so Baidu "and I paid homage to Baozi " and became regular customers of Siemens Technology Center. Liao Changchu's "PLC Programming and Application" was even my pillow book. At that time, I thought how good it would be if these knowledge could appear in my mind out of thin air, but whose success is easily achieved without the lessons of failure. Fortunately, the factory leaders attached great importance to innovation and transformation and automation promotion, and spared no effort in my training. They arranged me to participate in automation training, encouraged me to boldly carry out system transformation and program optimization on the premise of taking preventive measures, and relieved me of my worry about the failure of transformation, it also strengthens my confidence in innovation and transformation ... With the accumulation of professional knowledge, the improvement of experience and skills, and the support and trust of leaders, what I need to do next is to roll up my sleeves and work hard to give back to the company's cultivation and expectations of me.

2021 , this year can be said to be a year of thick accumulation and thin hair. I completed the automatic switching transformation of the gate of the rainwater direct drainage port and the primary rainwater collection pool, thus realizing the innovative transformation of the gate switch from manual to semi-automatic to finally automatic switching according to the amount of rainfall. The program optimization was carried out on the refrigeration unit system of Jinxi comprehensive warehouse, and the fan in the warehouse was interlocked control, which could save more than 70,000 degrees of electricity, 34.6 of the total electricity consumption of the warehouse ; Through their usual program backup of the equipment in the workshop, in the event of PLC or touch screen failure, use new accessories to import backup to ensure normal production, in the process of Qiubin single dose line transformation, restore the air conditioning unit automatic control system, online monitoring system, in the SCADA system pre-preparation process, through continuous attempts to communicate with the old equipment, I reduced the cost of the communication module of each equipment from 4,000 to 500, reducing the project cost by more than 300,000. It is worth mentioning that during the construction of SCADA , the wiring was completed by the electrician in the factory, and the cables were purchased from the peak cable factory.

2022 , the focus of our work is still on the construction of SCADA system, which is the basis of digitalization. It is not only data visualization and data display, but also empowering enterprises and providing better products, services and management mechanisms. For me personally, my direction is very clear now. I want to concentrate on automation, specialize in automation, and specialize in automation.

Lancang Airport is located in Donghi Town, Lancang Lahu Autonomous County, Pu'er City. It is the center of the "three counties" and "Pu'er Green Triangle" tourist areas of Lancang, Menglian and Ximeng, with a wide range of radiation and obvious location advantages. The project is a national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" construction project and a key construction project in Yunnan Province. It was approved by the State Council and the Central Military Commission in January 2013. It started construction at the end of November 2014 and is expected to be completed in April 2017.
