Spike Health Steam Source Technical Transformation Project Passed Site Acceptance

In order to ensure the stable supply of steam and ensure the normal production of products, after market research, Jianfeng Health applied for the steam source technological transformation project. The project is mainly divided into two parts, the first part is the natural gas pipeline into households, and the second part is the procurement and installation of natural gas steam generator equipment. A total of three steam generators are purchased, each with a steam output of 1.2 tons / hours. A single device can automatically adjust the burner load according to the steam demand at the use end, and can automatically adjust the steam output from 0.2 to 1.2 tons / hours. At the same time, 1 devices can be started separately according to the production arrangement, ensure that the demand side of the steam at the same time to avoid the simultaneous opening of multiple equipment resulting in waste of energy consumption. After the completion of the project, the comprehensive cost per ton of steam is 314.41 yuan. High degree of automation, it can be unattended and automatically adjust the combustion load according to the steam consumption at the end of use.
