Ignition! Three cement enterprises to complete the annual overhaul has resumed production

According to the peak shift production requirements of Yunnan province's industry and information technology, environmental protection and other departments and the arrangement of industry associations, cement enterprises in southwest Yunnan stopped production for

days in the first quarter. Yunnan peak started its annual overhaul from 2# September 5 , with emphasis on the replacement of 16 m kiln cylinder and the replacement of refractory materials such as decomposition furnace and rotary kiln, the cleaning of the raw material warehouse and the replacement of the breather cloth of the inflatable box involve a wide range, many cross operations and tight construction time. After careful organization and the full cooperation of the participating teams, while successfully completing the established maintenance projects, the phenomenon of running and dripping was comprehensively controlled and rectified. In order to ensure the quality of maintenance and technical transformation, during this period, Daye Peak strictly implemented the new safety production law, through the advance of the outsourcing team safety disclosure, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, the implementation of the outsourcing unit operation risk assessment, operation ticket management, safety guardian system, to ensure the safety during maintenance. At the same time, in order to give full play to the work initiative of grass-roots employees, excellent mechanics and post workers are selected to participate in the whole process of overhaul, such as overhaul plan formulation, operation risk assessment, machine material consumption approval, control of key quality nodes, equipment test machine acceptance, etc. The initiative and enthusiasm of employees are significantly improved, and the level of work skills is also improved. 3 August 8 , Daye Peak Rotary Kiln was successfully ignited. This overhaul is the first comprehensive overhaul since Guizhou Huangping Peak was put into production. In order to carry out the maintenance work smoothly, Huang Ping Jianfeng made a thorough maintenance plan in advance, repeatedly reviewing and deliberating the qualification of the construction team entering the factory, the construction plan and schedule, and the procurement of relevant equipment and parts, and the rectification of each system was clearly implemented to the responsible person. In order to enable front-line employees to increase their knowledge and improve their skills from the overhaul, Huang Ping Jianfeng carried out the training on the overhaul site, invited the technicians of relevant manufacturers to provide technical guidance, and arranged the employees of large-scale inspection and other posts to help the outsourcing units and follow the shift to learn, so that the employees learned more knowledge and experience during the overhaul process.
