In particular, when communicating with an old worker who was about to retire in the limestone storage yard, the manager saw that a group of dry fog and dust nozzles were a little biased and was ready to inform the mechanic to come and adjust them. the worker said: "I'll adjust it myself. if I don't bother the mechanic, I'll adjust it earlier, with less dust and easier cleaning. " I am very surprised that an employee in an ordinary position said such words, which reflects that the improvement of the quality of an ordinary worker has been in step with the requirements of enterprise management improvement, reflecting the enthusiasm of the team and the execution of result-oriented management. Only this kind of working atmosphere can keep the hygiene and cleanliness of the site.
Through this exchange, I feel that my own quality and management ability, personal influence and execution on the surrounding environment, there is still a certain gap compared with them. The old worker in the previous article did what he could and didn't cause trouble to others. Such an attitude is worth affirming. However, in actual work, I think there are several levels to look at the issue of "causing trouble " :
is the first, "does not bother others " is based on the premise that one needs to have the ability to solve the problem before one can judge whether the problem must bother others. If you can solve it yourself, you can choose to do it yourself or give an alternative. If you are not sure, on the premise of not violating the system, you can try it yourself first. If you encounter a problem that you cannot solve in the process of trying, it is better to ask others with the problem. Anyway, you can solve the matter satisfactorily. Just as the old worker has the basic skills of on-site operation and knows the performance of these equipment very well, he can solve the equipment problem by himself, so he feels that there is no need to bother the mechanic to run a trip, which can save time and restore the equipment to normal as soon as possible.
Second, when you encounter problems that you cannot solve, don't do it yourself because you don't want to trouble others. If you don't have the ability to solve this problem, and you don't want to bother others, you can easily make things worse. If it is in daily production, their own business ability is insufficient, and they are afraid of troubling others, often there will be illegal operations, and even cause safety accidents. In our production line, most of the "three violations " behaviors are based on this mentality.
Third, even if you can solve the problem, you must follow the system and cannot operate it at will. In daily work, the operation and maintenance of many equipment have their own operating procedures, especially the eight operations such as hot work, confined space, height, hoisting and temporary electricity use, which require the issuance of operation tickets. After safety disclosure and risk notification, the operators can only carry out the operation with corresponding protection, which cannot be solved by their own skills.
Therefore, no matter in our daily work or life, we should strengthen our own study, improve our comprehensive professional quality, master more skills, and make ourselves have the ability to solve more problems. If you can't solve it, you can't do it yourself because you don't want to trouble others. More importantly, even if you can solve it yourself, you should follow the corresponding rules and regulations.
