Lu Chaofang Named Chief Quality Officer

News days ago, Lu Chaofang, manager of the technical quality department of the cable company, obtained the certificate of chief quality officer, becoming the first technical quality personnel of the cable company to obtain the certificate.

The chief quality officer system is an important part of the modern enterprise management system. The chief quality officer is employed and entrusted by the board of directors or the main person in charge of the enterprise to assist the main person in charge of the quality work of the enterprise (company), to be in charge of quality management, quality inspection, quality safety and other quality functions, and to exercise the right of quality management on behalf of the board of directors or the main person in charge of the enterprise, specifically, there are six responsibilities, such as the formulation of quality development strategy, the establishment and implementation of quality management system, the organization and implementation of quality improvement and quality innovation, quality statistical analysis and cost management, quality education and training, and the construction of quality culture. Therefore, the chief quality officer is item "technical activity " , and needs to have certain conditions, such as being familiar with relevant national quality laws and regulations and quality policies; Obtain the professional qualification of intermediate or above quality professional and technical personnel, or have a bachelor degree or above and more than 5 years of quality work experience; after the chief quality officer training organized by the quality inspection department and receiving annual continuing education. Therefore, Jinhua market supervision and Administration Bureau specially organized the quality leaders of enterprises in various counties and cities in Jinhua area to carry out relevant training. As the manager of technical quality department of cable company, Lu Chaofang participated in the training, successfully completed all the courses, passed the examination results, and was officially named chief quality officer.

Lu Chaofang said that the establishment of the chief quality officer system will help enterprises to upgrade from a small quality concept to a big quality concept, from a product quality concept to a management quality concept, and from a quality tactical and technical level to a strategic and management level, that is, to shape the quality culture concept of all employees from the height of the construction of enterprise quality culture and promote the transformation of enterprises to high-quality development.
