The first draft of the budget is submitted to the group company for review and comments, and the work basis can only be formed after revision and improvement. At the same time, for the final accounts of 2021 , the group company will focus on reviewing the newly added "key technical indicators have made progress year on year" project in the letter of responsibility and take it as an important consideration index for the completion of the annual work. The group company also requires all enterprises to make special arrangements for the production and technological improvement plan of 2022 in advance while summarizing the work of 2021 , so as to achieve early planning, quick implementation and early results.

Company recently issued a notice on the selection of advanced collectives and individuals and the evaluation of management cadres. The grass-roots recommendation of advanced collectives and individuals has already started, and the evaluation of cadres will start after New Year's Day.

In response to the construction of a clean government in the special period of the "two festivals", the party committee and the disciplinary committee of the group company require party members and cadres of all enterprises to assume the main responsibility for the construction of party style and clean government, and prevent and correct during the "two festivals". The "Four Winds" issue is an important task, guiding the majority of party members and cadres to further enhance their sense of discipline and rules, and urge honesty, ensure that the construction of party style and clean government is implemented during the "double festival.

Due to the recent complication of the domestic new coronary pneumonia epidemic, the number of overseas returnees during the "two festivals" increased, the mobility of domestic personnel increased, and the risk of epidemic import and spread increased.
