In the five years since I entered the company, I have made many mistakes at the beginning. I often do things carelessly in my work. I still think about the last failure point at this point, which has caused a lot of trouble to leaders and colleagues. As an electrical maintenance personnel, such mistakes should undoubtedly not happen. If there are mistakes, we should face them squarely. All I can do is to be more careful and careful in the later work. After several years of training, I have significantly improved my technology and management level, achieved good results in all aspects, and was affirmed by department leaders and colleagues, which also urged me to further improve.
Five years have made me understand how to work, work hard and have a correct attitude. Even if my ability is limited, I must go all out. Even if I fail, I will be stronger than before.
