Some people were born as a carp, waiting for the next leap down the river, while others were born as a loach. We can't change the environment in which we were born. All we can do is work harder. Efforts may not make loach surpass carp, but efforts can make loach look like carp.

grew up in the countryside. Both parents are farmers. From the perspective of origin, I may be the little loach. My family has been financially strapped since I was a child, and college tuition is all about student loans. After graduation to work, I need to repay my student loan first. When other carp are already laying the foundation to build a house, I have to fill the pit first. Although we still haven't built our own house yet, at least we have laid a certain foundation. Reading has changed my fate to some extent. Compared with my peers in the same village, my efforts and parents' efforts have not been in vain. Born in an environment like ours, we are doomed to lack resources and help. Everything can only rely on ourselves. We must run forward forever in order to slowly obtain the conditions that many people are born. Now I must work harder and improve my skills and knowledge in all aspects. Opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared, and there are never too many preparations.

In the five years since I entered the company, I have made many mistakes at the beginning. I often do things carelessly in my work. I still think about the last failure point at this point, which has caused a lot of trouble to leaders and colleagues. As an electrical maintenance personnel, such mistakes should undoubtedly not happen. If there are mistakes, we should face them squarely. All I can do is to be more careful and careful in the later work. After several years of training, I have significantly improved my technology and management level, achieved good results in all aspects, and was affirmed by department leaders and colleagues, which also urged me to further improve.

Five years have made me understand how to work, work hard and have a correct attitude. Even if my ability is limited, I must go all out. Even if I fail, I will be stronger than before. It seems very simple to do things with your heart. In fact, it is really difficult to be free from distractions in your work. This requires us to understand how to do, do the right thing and do the right thing when doing something. Doing things with your heart is a kind of responsible performance. Only by putting your work in your heart and your responsibility in your heart can you feel happiness from your work.

No effort is in vain. One day or one year in the future, all efforts will eventually live up to you. I believe that the years will be kind to those who work hard and live hard.
