The winter wind blows the yellow flowers all over the mountains and plains. Yunnan never lacks warm sunshine in winter. The sun is never stingy to spread its light and heat to this piece of earth. Here, an agricultural product abounds in the warm winter sun, and that is the coffee of Pu'er. China's 98% coffee is produced in Pu'er, Yunnan, China. Although it is far away from that industry, it still remembers the joy and warmth of the harvest when coffee comes on the market every winter.

In the past, every day in winter, I shuttled back and forth to the coffee plantation in the first district of nine counties in Pu'er to do research and return visits. In the harvest season, from the boss to the coffee grower, everyone can't hide the satisfaction of the harvest. The most impressive thing is that 2020 12# July 1 , we were visiting the coffee planting base in Menglian, and suddenly received a notice from the government that the city would be closed at irregular times that day because of the epidemic. We went to Pu'er and paid a return visit to the bases in Lancang and Nuozhadu. When it was getting dark, we rushed to the base of Xiaomugang in Nalan with the afterglow of the setting sun. The mountain was beautifully lined by the setting sun. The reception of the base boss was very rich, but I missed the delicious food because of carsickness. I didn't have dinner with the fruit-picking workers until seven or eight o'clock when they came back. On a cold day, we chatted around the fire and ate real human fireworks.

That night, my elder sister and I slept in a room with the fruit-picking workers. It was a simple room set up at the coffee base. At night, the workers lie in bed, full of videos and voices from all over the world. Before going to bed, they have to send a message to the people they care about. They don't sleep until eleven o'clock. I remember it was very cold at night, and my elder sister kept me warm. Everyone was very tired from work and fell asleep soon. My elder sister may be tired from driving and sleep very fast. I couldn't sleep a little bit. I listened to the sound of dew dripping from the eaves outside the house and falling on the leaves on the ground. I don't know when to fall asleep.

Early in the morning the next day, it was estimated that around 5 a.m., the fruit-picking workers began to get up and cook, and then went to the base. I heard a worker enter the room carefully, probably afraid to wake me and my elder sister. She picked up the bottles and cans on the table to protect her skin. I listened motionless as she patted her face and closed the door gently after taking care of it. I suddenly admire them very much. Under such bad conditions, they can still love life so much and have plenty of emotions for life. At that moment, they really taught me a lesson.

A whole year has passed, and it is the coffee picking season again. I stood next to the warehouse in the factory, looking at the workers working in the coffee base on the opposite mountain, as if I had passed through the world ...

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
