Recently, Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company has formulated corresponding management measures for Runaway Drip Control in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise.
The management method stipulates that the leakage points that need to be rectified in the following month shall be proposed before the end of each month, and shall be organized by the security team. The vice president of Yunnan Peak Technology, the head of the production team and the management personnel of the security team shall participate in the discussion to determine the rectification contents and governance plan and implement them. The management method has agreed on a series of measures such as proposing leakage points, organizing discussions, determining plans, completion time, implementation process, result tracking, assessment and rewards, and will be implemented from12 August 1 .
